Occupation: Retail manager for marketing and events at Great Scott Farms, Mount Dora

What I do: I’m in charge of retail operations, along with marketing and event planning at Great Scott Farms.

My inspiration: This is a fourth-generation family farm. I returned in 2011 to help and spend more time with my family.

Why it’s my passion: I love to educate kids about agriculture and watch them have fun on the farm. This has always been the best part of my job and knowing that I might have a small part in inspiring future farmers makes it all worth it.

Notable achievement: Being part of a team that is devoted to not only sustaining agriculture but giving back to and educating the community. I love to watch people gather at the farm to celebrate 60 years of our business!

Words of wisdom: Pick something you love and that makes you happy.

Away from the farm: When I’m not at the farm, I want to be on the beach.

Life after 40. Hopefully continuing the family legacy and helping folks create more memories on the farm.
