Occupation: Family Law Attorney and Managing Partner of Peralta and Dvoran P.A., Tavares

What I do: I provide counsel for clients in family law matters ranging from dissolution of marriage to adoption. 

My journey: Before becoming a family law attorney, I was a family law paralegal in downtown Orlando while attending the University of Central Florida. After I obtained my bachelor’s degree in legal studies, I went to law school and simultaneously interned at a family law firm in Lake County. I began my career as a family law attorney in Lake County in 2020.

Why families are my passion: My clients mean so much because for most people, their family is the most important thing to them and it will always be an honor to be trusted with such a consequential part of my client’s lives.

Notable achievement: Opening my own firm with my business partner Christian Peralta is my biggest achievement so far. 

Words of wisdom: Make finding a healthy work/life balance a priority because burnout is real.

Outside the office: I love hanging out with my husband, Kevin, and my daughter, Kora, outside while attending all the Lake County local events, especially downtown Mount Dora.

Life after 40: I hope to see myself and my business thriving as the top family law firm in the area. I would also love to take up teaching family law courses as an adjunct professor.
