Sabatini, Webster, Cobb & Cunningham Among Lake Primary Winners
Lake County voters have made their choices in today’s primary election, with the following candidates advancing to the November ballot. With a voter turnout of 22.84% and 55,551 ballots cast, the results are in, and the following candidates have emerged victorious:
- United States Senator (REP)
- Winner: Rick Scott (85.33%)
- Ran Against: Keith Gross (9.52%), John S. Columbus (5.15%)
- Representative in Congress, District 6 (REP)
- Winner: Michael Waltz (82.58%)
- Ran Against: John Grow (17.42%)

- Winner: Daniel Webster (77.14%)
- Ran Against: John McCloy (22.86%)
- State Senator, District 13 (REP)
- Winner: Keith Truenow (67.50%)
