LEESBURG, FL — Gator Harley-Davidson invites the community to their FIRST EVER “Trike-Or-Treat” event on Saturday, October 26th, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. This family-friendly event promises a fun-filled afternoon with food, activities for kids, and plenty of photo opportunities.

Families in the Leesburg community are gearing up for a unique Halloween celebration this year, thanks to the combined efforts of Peggy Coffman and Stacey Richter, co-organizers of the community support group “Stand Up to Stand Out.” The group, which supports families in need through various events and donations year-round, is hosting its first-ever “Trike or Treat” fall festival on Halloween weekend, October 26th, at Gator Harley-Davidson.

Originally envisioned as a cozy neighborhood gathering, Coffman’s Halloween idea quickly grew when she discussed it with Richter, who suggested Gator Harley-Davidson as the ideal venue. With the support of Jan Wildeman and Gator Harley management, “Trike or Treat” was born, transforming a simple trick-or-treat into a larger festival featuring motorcycles rather than cars.

“This is going to be so much more than a candy grab,” Coffman said. “We wanted to create a full festival experience with carnival games, crafts, face painting, and tattoo booths. We’ve really worked to make this event feel special.”

The festival will offer classic carnival fare, including hot dogs, popcorn, chips, and popsicles, and feature local business sponsors who’ve joined the event to cover expenses. In exchange, sponsors will receive a complimentary table and tent for added exposure and the chance to showcase their business.

Bikers from across the area have registered to decorate their motorcycles and join in the Halloween spirit, handing out candy to excited trick-or-treaters.

“Our Stand Up to Stand Out events are all about bringing our community together and helping those in need,” said Richter. “The generosity of local sponsors and the spirit of our biker community have made this possible. We’re looking forward to a great turnout.”

“Trike or Treat” promises to be a safe, family-friendly way for the community to celebrate Halloween while supporting a good cause.
