Lake County, FL – The family of 6-year-old Jordyn Grace is reaching out for community support as their young daughter faces a challenging battle with Ulcerative Colitis, an inflammatory bowel disease that has caused her significant pain over the past year. As her condition has intensified, Jordyn’s parents are urgently seeking both financial and spiritual support to help manage the rising medical costs of her treatment journey.

Jordyn, described as a “sweet and loving little girl” and a cherished answer to her family’s prayers, has been dealing with severe symptoms in recent months, necessitating advanced medical interventions. Recently, she began infusion therapy with Renflexis, a treatment aimed at reducing inflammation and helping her live a pain-free life for the first time in over a year. The initial phase of the treatment requires loading doses over the course of two, four, and six weeks, with maintenance infusions every eight weeks thereafter.

While insurance covers a portion of the medical expenses, Jordyn’s family is still responsible for 20% of all out-of-pocket costs, which have already surpassed $50,000. The additional cost of infusion treatments will add roughly $18,000, placing an even heavier financial burden on the family.

“Watching your child suffer is the hardest thing a parent can endure,” Jordyn’s family shared in their appeal. “Asking for help isn’t easy, but knowing our community stands with us gives us strength.”

The family is requesting any help possible with donations to help ease the financial strain. If you are unable to give, the family has asked the community to give through prayer for Jordyn’s healing. They are also encouraging supporters to share her story on social media to spread awareness of her journey.

Community members wishing to support Jordyn’s healing journey can donate through a link provided here by her family or simply keep her in their prayers.
