Stephanie Lance isn’t just the CFO of CSL Construction in Minneola—she’s the heart of a company that’s growing in both size and spirit. She and her husband Corey met in 2010 and started small, taking on kitchen and bath remodels.

By 2013, Corey had earned his contractor’s license, they were married, and had just welcomed their second child. What began as a one-man handy service is now a thriving five-million-dollar family business.

A proud mom of four, Stephanie finds deep purpose in helping homeowners rebuild after a loss. She’s equally proud to run a company that supports not only their family but their employees’ families too. “Growth in 2025 means more than numbers,” she says. “It means continuing to evolve and hopefully expanding to new areas like Tampa.”

Whether at home or on the job site, Stephanie and Corey stick to one simple philosophy: “We treat others the way we want to be treated.”
