EUSTIS, Fla. — A new Zaxby’s restaurant is set to open its doors in Eustis between June 23 and June 30, marking what is expected to be a grand opening week for the popular fast-casual chicken chain.

In preparation for the launch, the Eustis Zaxby’s is currently conducting open job interviews through Thursday, May 29. Interviews are being held daily from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and again from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., according to Zaxby’s employee Tiffany Hawley.

(Work is being done to finish the drive-thru line.)

Job seekers are encouraged to arrive with a completed application in hand.

This is not only about great food but also about creating new job opportunities to the local area.

The restaurant will feature Zaxby’s signature chicken fingers, wings, sandwiches, and sauces in a dine-in and drive-thru format.

(The new restaurant will be opening in late June.)

The official grand opening date has not yet been finalized but will fall within the June 23–30 timeframe. More details about opening day festivities are expected to be announced in the coming weeks. If you are looking for a job you can apply on Zaxby’s career site, Indeed and other online job boards.
