Construction on a new sports complex located off Park Road in Mascotte is underway. Crews have been working hard, and this is shaping up to be a fantastic athletic facility for the growing community.

Construction continues to move rapidly. Crews have been seen pouring concrete, and dugouts are currently under construction. A retention pond and walking paths are also taking shape around the ball fields. Fencing installation has also begun.

“We are thrilled to see this community project come to life and can’t wait to host city events, games, and gatherings at this amazing new space in the near future,” the town said in a recent social media post.

Mascotte continues to grow, and so does the need for recreational spaces like this. It’s a big win for the community, as local youth teams will soon have a new space to play and grow.

No timetable has been set for completion, as construction is ongoing, but we’ll keep an eye on it and share updates as the opening date approaches.
