Zero Hour Life Center to Host First “Hope, Healing & Community” Event in Leesburg

Zero Hour Life Center will host its first Hope, Healing & Community event on Saturday, September 6 at The Salvation Army, 2605 South St. in Leesburg. The event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
The gathering, titled RISE (Resilience In Recovery), is being organized in partnership with local organizations, food vendors, community services, and inspirational speakers. The event is designed to celebrate individuals in recovery while also providing resources to those seeking help.
Attendees will hear personal testimonials and have access to information booths from recovery-focused groups. Food vendors and family-friendly activities will also be part of the day’s offerings.
Organizers say the event aims to assist individuals and families affected by substance use while raising awareness of local support services available in Lake County.
The Hope, Healing & Community event underscores the county’s ongoing commitment to supporting people on their path to long-term recovery.
