Star Wellness Collective in Eustis Announces Powerful Results from Summer Program

Starr Wellness Collective announced the transformative results of its 2024–2025 Summer Program, designed to empower local youth through fitness, nutrition and wellness education. With a mission to build lifelong healthy habits, SWC’s innovative program delivered measurable improvements in body composition, strength, and overall well-being.
Key outcomes from the program include:
- 43% of participants improved body composition
- 62.5% experienced an increase in skeletal muscle mass
- 100% demonstrated positive contributions toward maintaining healthy hydration levels
- 96.4% reduced risk factors associated with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss)
- 71.4% maintained healthy levels of visceral fat
- 100% received education and support in sustaining long-term hydration habits
“These results showcase the incredible impact structured wellness education and fitness can have on young people,” says Marisol Starr, Founder of Starr Wellness Collective. “We’re not just helping teens move more or eat better—we’re equipping them with lifelong tools to build confidence, prevent chronic illness, and thrive in their communities.”
The SWC Summer Program combines hands-on fitness training, nutrition education, and wellness workshops to give participants practical strategies for daily life. With measurable improvements across multiple health markers, the program continues to make a meaningful difference in Lake County’s youth population.
