Clermont Main Street announced that its First Friday Food Trucks event is moving to Saturday, giving families more time to Downtown Clermont.

The change comes in response to community feedback and a growing desire to make the event more accessible for parents, children and visitors who want to explore everything downtown has to offer without the weekday rush.

“Moving from Friday to Saturday allows families to slow down, enjoy dinner together, and truly experience our vibrant downtown atmosphere,” says Patrick Bianchi, President of Clermont Main Street. “We’re keeping the same great variety of food trucks, live entertainment, and local charm – just shifting to a time that better fits our community’s rhythm!’

Each month, guests can expect a rotating lineup of food trucks, live music, and family-friendly fun spread throughout Downtown Clermont. The event has become a local favorite, attracting residents and visitors who come to eat, shop, and stroll the historic streets.

The new Saturday schedule aims to strengthen the connection between the event and Clermont’s growing downtown businesses, giving attendees more opportunities to browse shops, dine at local restaurants, and enjoy downtown’s scenic lakefront.

“Downtown Clermont has so much to offer,” says Natalie Kahler, Executive Director of Clermont Main Street. “This change makes it easier for families to enjoy a full day or evening downtown-grabbing a bite, listening to music, shopping, and making memories.”
