Between running Akers Media and working together as a real estate team, we’ve learned that success doesn’t come from doing everything alone; it comes from doing everything together. Working side-by-side means learning to balance late nights and deadlines with patience, trust and keeping things fun. It’s about cheering each other on, even when the day feels long and the to-do list seems endless.
