Lei’d Back Evening

The East Lake County Chamber of Commerce transformed the Country Club of Mount Dora into a tropical paradise for an evening of island magic during the chamber’s annual Aloha Celebration in August. Guests sported colorful leis and Hawaiian shirts and were greeted by the rhythmic energy of hula dancers and fire performers from Oso’s Polynesian Entertainment. The night included cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, dinner and music, plus limbo contests, raffles and prizes. A highlight was the costume contest where guests competed in their best luau attire. The event celebrated community spirit while supporting future East Lake County development initiatives.
