Zackary Noland

Age: 38

Career: Founder and General Manager of Titan Roofing

What Drives Me: The chance to build something that lasts for my team, my clients and my community.

My Legacy: Integrity, craftsmanship and leadership that raised the bar for the trade.

Fun Fact: I went to Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School.

Zack Noland built Titan Roofing with discipline, pride in his craft and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. As the founder and general manager, he has grown the company by holding onto the values he learned early in life: work hard, stay disciplined and set measurable goals.

Starting a business in early 2020 tested every part of the operation and Zack had to learn the financial side of ownership while also managing customer service and logistics in an unpredictable time.

“It was a trial by fire,” he says. “I learned to stay steady and keep customers at the center of every decision.”

Those tests shaped how he leads today as he builds systems that protect both the company and the families it serves.

For Zack, success is about more than running a business.

“It’s about raising standards in the trades,” he says. “I want Titan Roofing to represent quality, reliability and respect.”

He takes pride in showing that integrity and craftsmanship still define great work.

Zack also hopes to inspire the next generation to see the trades as careers that deserve pride and professionalism.

“If I can help young people understand that honest, skilled work can change their lives, that’s success to me,” he says.

Years from now, he wants to be remembered as a leader who built something lasting through integrity and commitment to others.

“I’m driven by the opportunity to make a difference, help people succeed and take pride in doing quality work every day,” he says.
