The Home Builders Association of Lake-Sumter has officially announced the 2026 Parade of Homes award winners, recognizing standout craftsmanship, design excellence and innovation across a wide range of price points.

Leading this year’s honors was Mastrosimone Construction, which captured the prestigious Grand Award – Overall Parade of Homes for its Palms & Pine Model in the $2 million–$2.5 million category. The company also earned First Place in the Luxury Man Cave category for its Everglades Room and First Place in the Coastal Farmhouse category ($2–$2.5 million), solidifying one of the strongest showings of the year.

At the top of the luxury market, Hardwick General Contracting was recognized for Maison Joie at The Pointe, earning the coveted Dream Home designation in the $4 million–$4.5 million category. Company president Greg Hardwick accepted the award at the Parade banquet, noting the achievement reflects the dedication of the entire team and partners who brought the home to life.

In the Affordability category, Habitat for Humanity of Lake-Sumter received First Place recognition for its Heritage Grove home, a $177,000 cottage in Tavares designed to demonstrate that affordable housing can be both accessible and beautifully built.

Across the production and custom home categories, multiple builders earned top honors, showcasing the diversity of design throughout Lake and Sumter counties.
