Owner Quan Nguyen has spent decades growing the HVAC company into a trusted name across Lake and Sumter counties. With more than 7,500 clients and years of industry experience, the business continues to grow while staying rooted in strong family values and customer relationships.

Recently, Quan stepped away temporarily to fulfill a lifelong dream of joining the United States Air Force, becoming the oldest recruits to enlist without a waiver. While away at boot camp and technical school, Duct-Man Mechanical has continued thriving thanks to the support of family, employees and the community that has stood behind the business for years.

General Manager and brother-in-law Tim Rollins has continued overseeing day-to-day operations, while Quan’s son, Ty-Bryant, has stepped up in a major way to help run the company while his stepfather serves.

Quan says the company was built on the same core values emphasized in the Air Force: integrity first, service before self and excellence in all they do.

Even while Quan is away serving his country, the business continues moving forward with the same commitment that helped build its reputation over the last two decades.
