Lake County Supervisor of Elections Announces Early Voting for Aug. 18 Primary

Lake County Supervisor of Elections Alan Hays has announced early voting dates, times and locations for the Aug. 18 Primary Election.

Early voting will be held Thursday, Aug. 6 through Saturday, Aug. 15 at 12 locations throughout Lake County. All early voting locations will be open from 10am to 6pm.

Early voting locations are:

  • Cagan Crossings Library / 16729 Cagan Oaks, Clermont
  • Clermont Arts and Recreation Center / 3700 S Hwy 27, Clermont
  • Cooper Memorial Library / 2525 Oakley Seaver Dr., Clermont
  • WIN1 Ministries / Eustis Service Center / 301 W Ward Ave, Eustis
  • Lady Lake Community Building / 237 W Guava St, Lady Lake
  • Lake County Agricultural Center / 1951 Woodlea Rd, Tavares
  • Minneola City Hall / 800 US-27, Minneola
  • Sorrento Church of God / 31605 Orange St, Sorrento
  • Southside Umatilla Community Center / 17107 Ball Park Rd, Umatilla
  • Supervisor of Elections Office / 1898 E Burleigh Blvd, Tavares
  • Venetian Center / 1 Dozier Cir, Leesburg
  • W.T. Bland Library / 1995 N Donnelly St, Mount Dora

 

Secure Ballot Intake Stations, formerly known as drop boxes, will be available at each early voting location for voters who want to deposit their completed vote-by-mail ballots.

Voters may also return their vote-by-mail ballots through the U.S. Postal Service, allowing five to seven days for delivery, or in person to the Supervisor of Elections Office at 1898 E. Burleigh Blvd., Tavares.

Vote-by-mail ballots must be received by the elections office no later than 7pm on Election Day, Aug. 18.

Voters are encouraged to contact the Lake County Supervisor of Elections Office for election information. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm and can be reached at 352.343.9734 or at LakeVotes.gov.
