Fast fun on two wheels has always been Jeremy Coon’s passion.

The Leesburg native graduated from Leesburg High School in 2001 but was working at the local Harley shop since he was 16.

“I did that until I was 23 and then started my own company in 2007,” says Jeremy.

He built Lucky U Cycles in Wildwood from the ground up–one motorcycle at a time. Jeremy didn’t keep track of the countless hours of hard work as he pursued his goals. Turns out plenty of people shared his enthusiasm and the shop became a destination for riders from across Florida and well beyond state lines. 

Beginning with used bikes, Lucky U Cycles grew its inventory to offer an impressive selection of motorcycles, scooters, trikes, off-road vehicles and LSVs. The shop is literally packed with hundreds of clean, quality pre-owned bikes.

The service department became one of the largest in Lake and Sumter Counties and services all makes and models.

“We sell 1,200 a year and starting the summer of 2026, we added new bikes to the inventory,” says Jeremy. “We’re especially excited to welcome the legendary Italian brands Aprilia, Vespa, Piaggio and Moto Guzzi.”

Residents of The Villages will be happy to discover that Vespa—one of the world’s most recognized scooter brands—makes getting around town a lot more fun and stylish.

This current year has been significant for more than expanded inventory, as Lucky U Cycles opened a second location in Fort Myers in March 2026.

“Our Fort Myers location has quickly become another important part of our company,” says Jeremy, who splits time between both shops. “Fort Myers offers a large selection of new and pre-owned motorcycles, scooters, trikes, off-road vehicles and LSVs.”

Jeremy is proud of how his business has grown through the years, but he refuses to stray from the principles that got him this far. “It’s all about taking care of people, working hard and selling fun,” he says.

Lucky U Cycles may have a bigger selection, more brands and two locations, but the passion behind it remains the same.
