Best of all, every order is backed by decades of experience, quality craftsmanship and personalized service. 

For Lisa, owning and operating local businesses is especially meaningful because Lake County has always been home. She and her husband, Rick Rojas of RJ Builders, both graduated from Leesburg High School and raised their family in the community.

When Lisa purchased A Plus Printing in 2008, the company was already an established local business. She continued building on that foundation and expanding the products and services available to customers. 

In April 2026, Lisa purchased Victory Engraving & Awards, another longtime local business with a history spanning more than 35 years. 

“Victory has had a great reputation for years, so I wanted to keep the name and continue what the business had built in the community,” Lisa says. 

While the products and technology have changed over the years, Lisa believes one thing remains just as important as ever: personal service. 

“If you need the items shipped, we’ll take care of that,” she adds. “We also do local deliveries.”

For Lisa, it isn’t simply about completing an order. It’s about building long-term relationships with customers and helping turn their ideas into something they’re proud to hand out, display, wear or give to someone else.
