Greatest career accomplishment: Being able to start my own firm in 2016. I love doing my own thing, and it has worked out well.

Leader I admire: My father, Richard “Red” Boylston, a judge in Lake County for 20 years. He set me on my current path.

Away from the job, I enjoy: I love college football and am a big fan of the Michigan Wolverines. That’s where I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology.
