Strength Redefined: The Villages Charter School’s Jaw-Dropping New Weight Room!
We got an inside look at The Villages Charter School weight room that is located inside the brand new football stadium the H.G. Morse Range. This facility is so impressive.
As you first step into the weight room the first thing you notice is how big this room truly is. Immediately you see the 18 bench press stations which line the length of the room. Two giant industrial fans provide air flow through the room. But then you realize there is so much that this room provides including a ton of other equipment.
Dumb Bells, medicine balls, weight chains, two state of the art leg weight machines, bicycles, dip stations, fitness blocks, and so much more equipment in the back room that can be pulled out for various exercises.
There are televisions, monitors, and one of the greatest surround sound stereo systems that you will find in a weight room. That is one of my favorite parts of the room for sure.
The design aesthetics stand out as well. All the equipment is completely state of the art. Even the beams that hold the logo make the room look top notch. When you step into this room you know this school means business and the kids who use this room will buy into that.
Right now, if you drive to the current school, it’s one of the largest construction sites in the state of Florida. But eventually this will all be built up with housing, and businesses. More jobs will be required and more children will be flocking to the area in the coming years.
The school is finished but the surrounding community is being built around the school. It is a remarkable site to see that we can’t fully explain in writing. This weight room is just one of the many impressive new facilities at the new school which includes a professional theatre, Olympic sized swimming pool, completely modern classrooms and a truly incredible high school experience.
