MLK Parade Takes Place Saturday In Leesburg
Get ready to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at the Martin Luther King Jr. Parade happening this Saturday on Main Street in Leesburg. This annual event, put on by the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration Committee of Leesburg, promises to be a day of unity, inspiration, and reflection for the entire community.

The Martin Luther King Jr. Parade in Leesburg is a tradition that brings together people from all walks of life to commemorate the ideals of equality, justice, and peace championed by Dr. King. This year’s parade includes a diverse lineup of participants, vibrant floats, and inspirational performances.
Originally from the small town of Berryville, Arkansas, Cindy has become a multimedia specialist in journalism, photography, videography, and video editing. She has a B.S. in Communications from the University of Central Arkansas and produces Style Magazine's Sports Hub Podcast and the Healthy Living Podcast. She also produces for Beacon College’s Telly Award-winning PBS show, “A World of Difference.” When she isn’t working, Cindy loves traveling the National Parks with her husband , Ryan, and son, David, photographing wildlife.
