“Homeownership creates emotional and financial stability for families,” Addie explains. “We show clients how to gain and leverage home equity to build their legacy.”

Addie is also proud to be building a legacy for Lake County. The Touchstone-branded eco-system includes a full-service real estate brokerage, a real estate school, a referral agency and a community foundation. Touchstone Community First Foundation provides support for youth programs and area residents whose housing has been impacted by disasters. 

“With the stability of homeownership, people can plant roots, are more likely to volunteer and contribute to the overall health of our community here in Lake County,” Addie says. She is running for Florida State House to take her advocacy for Lake County to Tallahassee.
