Beloved Local Restaurant Brick & Barrel Kitchen + Bar Closing In Eustis

EUSTIS, Fla. — Brick & Barrel, a popular dining destination will close the doors of its Eustis location after final service on Saturday, April 19th.
The announcement came earlier this week via a heartfelt message shared by the Brick & Barrel Eustis team, expressing deep gratitude to patrons and the local community. While the closure marks the end of an era in Eustis, the business emphasized that it is not shutting down completely—its Leesburg location will remain open for the foreseeable future and continue operations as usual.

(The Brick & Barrel Kitchen + Bar put out a statement on facebook thanking guests for three amazing years.)
“How lucky we are to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard,” the team quoted A.A. Milne in their statement. “This space has been more than just four walls—it’s been filled with good conversation, live music, laughter, familiar faces, and memories we’ll always carry with us.”
Brick & Barrel quickly became a local favorite after opening in Eustis, drawing a loyal crowd with its signature blend of handcrafted food, specialty cocktails, and community-driven events. The decision not to renew the lease was made after “much thought and reflection,” according to the team.

(Brick & Barrel was located on the bottom floor of the yellow building in downtown Eustis.)
The message, signed “With heartfelt gratitude, The Brick & Barrel Eustis Team,” thanks patrons for their support—whether they stopped in once or made us your regular spot.” The team has invited the community to visit one last time before closing, promising the same warm hospitality and high-quality experience until the very end.
Though the closure brings a bittersweet farewell, the spirit of Brick & Barrel lives on in Leesburg. Owners encouraged longtime patrons to visit that location to continue enjoying what the brand has built.
For now, the end of Brick & Barrel is on the horizon in Eustis. What are your thoughts? Let us know in the comments below.
