Gretta Ellis, a licensed nurse practitioner, founded Ellis Integrative Family Medicine after her own health struggles.

She emphasizes the importance of a 90-day commitment to dietary changes after IGG food intolerance testing, highlighting the significant impact of gut health on energy levels, mental health and various ailments like chronic fatigue, depression and blood pressure. 

Beyond gut health, Gretta offers services such as hormone replacement therapy, nutritional IV therapy, weight loss programs and hyperbaric oxygen chamber sessions. She also provides aesthetic treatments like Botox, fillers and laser therapies to enhance both inner and outer well-being.
