What started as a simple hobby for Jamie Ellis has blossomed into Southern Grace Manor, a thriving business she’s run with help from her husband Greg since 2016. 

When Jamie began cooking, she experimented with recipes and flavors and soon discovered a knack for crafting jellies and jams using the freshest fruits from their farm. Encouraged by friends and family who couldn’t get enough of her delectable creations, Jamie took a leap of faith and decided to turn her hobby into a business venture.

Today, Jamie offers handcrafted jellies, jams, pie fillings, pickled peppers, salsas, relishes, pasta sauce and more. She also takes orders for party favors and gift baskets.

What sets Southern Grace Manor apart is not just the quality of its products but also the love and care that goes into each batch. Perhaps the most remarkable aspect of the business, however, is the role their autistic son Avery plays, whether he’s labeling jars, assisting with packaging, or coming up with his own unique flavors.

“This is truly a labor of love and a lot of my recipes come from my grandmother,” Jamie says, adding that she hopes to spread a little Southern grace wherever her creations go.
