The Villages Insurance has had a local presence since 1985, expanding from one office to five, yet remaining centered on servicing clients and being an active member of the community.

The Villages Insurance takes pride in developing colleagues and providing career pathing opportunities.  With that mindset, many of the existing colleagues actively take part in making this journey possible for others through training and mentorship.

Many team members join The Villages Insurance as client contact coordinators at the front desk or as contact center representatives in the call center with little or no insurance experience. From there they are licensed, trained, and can expand into other roles as they gain experience and knowledge in the industry.

Susan Vaccaro, senior client relations analyst and 34-year industry veteran, says, “I love that the company promotes from within.”

“We gain good experience transitioning through various positions and cross-training each other,” says Michelle Piotrowski, client relations analyst.

Their service teams consist of claim advocates, client relations analysts, client contact coordinators, and contact center representatives.  The career pathing doesn’t stop there though, service colleagues can continue to career path into the advisor sales roles.
