Chandler Wealth is raising the bar on what it means to plan well

Leveled Up

After years in Lady Lake, Chandler Wealth has officially settled into its brand-new, custom-designed office in Wildwood—and they’re inviting the community to stop in and see what makes this new space so special.

“We didn’t just move into something bigger—we built it out exactly the way we wanted,” says Chandler Wealth VP Kathy Gentile. “This space is around 1,700 square feet and gives us the room we need to serve clients better, with dedicated areas for conferences, private consultations, and now, even an attorney’s office on-site.”

That attorney is Nathan Workman, who recently joined the Chandler Wealth team full-time as an on-site attorney and chief strategist. His presence has already made a difference.

“Having Nathan here makes everything smoother,” Kathy explains. “If a client needs a trust, will, or has a legal question, we can sit down right away and get it done. There’s no delay.”

Nathan, an experienced attorney with a strong background in tax and estate planning, has worked with Chandler Wealth and its clients for years in a consulting role. Now that he’s officially part of the team, clients benefit from more integrated, personalized advice—especially when it comes to the complex intersection of wealth, taxes and legacy planning.

“The term ‘fiduciary’ gets thrown around a lot these days, but what clients really need is someone who can look at their whole picture,” Nathan says. “Good planning isn’t just about investment returns. It’s about tax efficiency, asset protection and making sure everything works together holistically.”

That kind of comprehensive approach is exactly what Chandler Wealth is known for. Under the leadership of founder and financial planner Craig Chandler, the firm has built its reputation on individualized service and high-touch client relationships.

In April, the entire team celebrated those successes by hosting an open house, complete with tours, food, refreshments, music and time with their clients.

“We were thrilled to welcome people into our new space,” Chandler says about their recent event. “It was a beautiful day and a great moment to share what we’ve been working on. We’ve put in a lot of effort to make this office a welcoming place for our clients.”

The move to Wildwood wasn’t just about size—it was about functionality. The previous office, while familiar, was limited in layout and flexibility. Now, the Chandler Wealth team can offer clients a more collaborative, comfortable environment to explore all aspects of their financial lives—from retirement planning and estate design to tax strategies and wealth transfer.

In addition to financial and estate planning, Chandler Wealth’s services include investment management, tax-efficient withdrawal strategies, and multi-generational planning. And now, with a legal expert on-site, clients can also address legal concerns directly within the same team—saving time, reducing stress, and improving outcomes.

“We want people to feel like this is their financial home,” Kathy adds. “Whether they’re longtime clients or just curious about what we offer, we’d love for them to come in and talk with us about their needs.”
