Corey Lance – CSL Construction

Corey Lance knew from a young age he wanted to build things. What he didn’t realize was he would find great success building a company that rebuilds things. “Most kids I grew up with were hanging out in bars and wasting time. I was always about hustling and building a better life for the future.”

CSL Construction started as a handyman and remodeling business, but Corey added water and fire restoration work to their services which has become the focal point. As a licensed contractor, Corey brings the knowledge to rebuild structures and deal with claims adjusters.

“We’re set up to help homeowners navigate an insurance claim by helping them get the repairs they’re entitled to.” He is so well-versed in the restoration industry that attorneys regularly hire him as an expert witness for property damage claims all over the state.

Corey may have achieved success, but he’s still grinding every day. He’s expanded his business portfolio with a mold assessment company and a small insurance brokerage. Additionally, he and his wife have a modest rental portfolio and are currently working on developing a commercial property in Orlando.
