LADY LAKE, Fla. — In the heart of Central Florida’s vibrant food truck scene, one man is redefining what it means to serve with soul. Willie “Duicey” Gent, affectionately known as the 352 Crab Man, has become a local legend for his irresistible seafood and infectious energy.
From Blue Crab and Snow Crab to Crawfish, Shrimp, Fried Crab, and Lobster, Willie’s menu reads like a love letter to seafood lovers everywhere. But it’s not just what he cooks — it’s how he cooks it.

(Gent shows off one of his dishes. The spices and flavors are something you can’t put into words. You simply have to try it.)
Gent, who runs the popular 352 Crab Man food truck, is one of the hardest-working entrepreneurs in the business. Traveling city to city across Central Florida, he’s built a loyal following by delivering bold flavors, generous portions, and a warm, welcoming spirit at every stop.
For Gent, he puts love into every plate. People can can taste that and it’s the reason they all flock to his truck when it comes to town.

(Willie works hard preparing the food fresh every day. There’s a reason his food truck is one of the most sought after in Central Florida. All the food is made with love and care.)
Using only the freshest ingredients, Gent takes pride in preparing each item from scratch. His signature dishes are packed with signature spices, flavor, and the kind of care that turns first-time customers into devoted fans.

Beyond the food, it’s Gent’s personality that keeps people coming back. Whether he’s dancing while cooking or greeting every customer with a smile and a story, the 352 Crab Man brings joy and energy to every location he visits.
“He lights up the block when he shows up,” says Janice Rivera of Leesburg. “Willie doesn’t just serve food. He serves happiness.”

(When you visit 352 Crab Man you get some of the best crab you will have in Florida.)
