My first job: I worked part time at my father’s company, Ford Press, in the bindery department.

Greatest career accomplishment: Graduating from nursing school and immediately landing a job in the emergency department. I like the ER because it’s chaotic.

Business philosophy: Care for people even on their worst days and keep them calm and safe.

Away from the job, I enjoy: Fishing, hunting and sport shooting.

Hidden talent: I’m very good with math and numbers.

Pet peeve: People who rush. When there’s no need to be in a hurry and someone is anyway, it frustrates me.
