Eustis High Softball Coach Brittany Beall Coaches Team Africa In Denver
Eustis High School Softball coach Brittany Beall recently had the extraordinary opportunity to coach Team Africa’s softball team during the 2024 Triple Crown International Challenge Games held in Denver, Colorado this past weekend.
The international event brought together teams from across the globe, including Polynesia, China, South Korea, Great Britain, Japan, the Philippines, Central America, and South America. Under Coach Beall’s guidance, Team Africa delivered an impressive performance, ultimately securing 2nd place in the Silver Bracket, falling to Chinese Taipei in the final.
For Coach Beall, a former Auburn University graduate and a celebrated two-time FHSAA state champion coach, this experience was a significant milestone. It comes on the heels of one of the best coaching seasons in her career. Eustis High School’s softball team concluded the year with an outstanding 26-2 record, capped by a victory in the Class 4A State Championship game against Baker County. This state title marked the second in four years for Eustis High School, solidifying their status as a powerhouse in Lake County and across Florida.
Over the past decade, Coach Beall has built an incredible program at Eustis High School. Her dedication and leadership have propelled the team to the top of high school softball in the state of Florida. The final FHSAA Orlando rankings placing Eustis High as the #2 team, just behind Montverde Academy—a team Eustis narrowly lost to in a thrilling 7-6 game earlier this year.
Seeing Coach Beall represent Team Africa on the international stage was a testament to her exceptional coaching skills and the respect she commands in the softball community. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Coach Beall and Team Africa on their commendable runner-up finish.
