Celebrity chef Norman Van Aken, a James Beard award-winner and author of several cookbooks, has cut ties with the Mount Dora eatery bearing his name. The restaurant at 142 E. 4th St., in a renovated historic home built in 1921, is now called 1921 Mount Dora, according to its website.
