Lake Centre Home Care is a skilled home health agency that services Lake, Sumter and Marion Counties. In January 2017, CEO Shayna Grunewald, MBA, was tasked with opening the Leesburg based agency and growing the patient population. In just five years, the agency has grown exponentially.  In September 2021, Lori Davis, MBA, joined the team as the COO. The two Leesburg natives have joined forces to continue to expand the female-led agency into one of the top skilled home health providers in Lake County.
