LEESBURG, Fla. — Leesburg High School is set to host a two-day football development camp on February 22-23, bringing together some of the top high school quarterbacks, wide receivers, and tight ends from the region. This premier event aims to hone the skills of future college football stars with advanced training techniques and expert coaching.

The camp, offers participants the chance to sharpen their craft through specialized drills and evaluations tailored to their positions.

Quarterbacks will focus on Rapid Response and Reaction Drills, Bio-Mechanics Evaluations, and Post-Snap Accelerators, alongside Coverage Presentation to enhance their decision-making and field awareness. Wide receivers will refine Release Techniques, Acceleration and Deceleration, and Route and Angle Teachings, as well as improve their Perimeter Blocking and Position Stability.

The camp will be led by a trio of esteemed coaches, including Max Staver, Josh Ross, and Coach Boggie, all of whom bring a wealth of experience and a commitment to player development.

This camp is about preparing athletes to excel not just on Friday nights but potentially on Saturdays in college football. Leesburg High is a great place for these players to learn and hone their skills. Leesburg High also has one of the nicest natural grass playing surfaces in the area. Spencer Hey and the team at Leesburg take great pride in providing a safe surface for local athletes to play on. The surface gets a lot of usage during the year but is well maintained by the grounds crew.

With high-level coaching and cutting-edge training methods, the Leesburg High Development Camp is poised to become a must-attend event for players aspiring to take their skills to the next level.
