Mary Jo Williams, into her 20th year as a full-time realtor®, has a great deal to be proud of.

She’s based out of the very office in downtown Mount Dora where she began, and has been recognized as a local top producer consistently every year.  As well as nationally recognized with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chairman’s Circle top 2%, the Honor Society, and most recently the Presidents Circle award. Most of all, she is committed to putting her customers’ best interest first. 

“I see technology changing constantly and I keep up with that, which is a huge part of why I am so successful. But also, I am totally focused on the individual and that’s what makes a big difference,” Mary Jo says. “People are dealing with me personally, through every step. Not an assistant or someone taking notes, so it’s my focus, my experience, and my knowledge working to find what they want and to accomplish their dreams in the big scheme of things.”

Mary Jo’s primary focus is residential real estate, but as a longtime equestrian, her expertise is buying/selling acreage, agricultural, waterfront and horse properties in Central Florida, including Lake County, Ocala and more. With that, Mary Jo says she enjoys when people share their passion for what she believes makes Lake County amazing.

“I love what I do and where I do it. The waterfront properties are incredible, and we go boating, fishing, horseback riding and camping,” she adds.

“I like to sell properties to people who appreciate what makes our Central Florida real estate so special and that’s where my passion comes in. If that’s what people are looking for, that’s what I can best help them with.”
