Electrical Works

Electrical Works started small—just me, a vision, a pickup truck, a dining room table and my wife Sabrina. It was right before the market crashed in 2008,” recalls founder and president Joe Ciceri.

Today, Electrical Works is licensed in over 25 states, employs over 80 people and is known for high-quality, safety-focused electrical contracting. But Joe says the real success lies in the people.

“We don’t just hire—we invest in people,” he says. “Our team members grow with us and we make sure they know they’re valued.”

Joe helped launch Lake-Sumter State College’s four-year electrical apprenticeship program, offering students hands-on training and real job pathways. Electrical Works is the founding partner and remains a major sponsor.

But the Ciceri family’s commitment to community doesn’t end there. Joe and Sabrina recently opened Immunity Health Spa, a brand-new world class spa and wellness center in Leesburg dedicated to holistic health.

“It’s a natural extension of our values—taking people’s well-being to heart,” Joe says.

Since joining in 2016, Joe’s son Tristan, now vice president, has earned his licenses in over 25 states and has helped Electrical Works scale nationally. “We specialize in RV and mobile home parks,” Tristan explains.  “Clients that started with us here locally and have continued to trust us with their properties nation-wide count on us to keep their communities up and running rain or shine.”

Now, Electrical Works is expanding into telecommunications. “We’re launching a new division focused on communications infrastructure for companies like Spectrum and Comcast,” Tristan says. “It’s a big step, but we’re ready. Our reputation for precision and reliability carries over naturally.”

The company also continues to serve commercial clients, local municipalities and airports. But despite national reach, the core values remain the same.

“We don’t take shortcuts. If we can’t do it right, we don’t do it,” Tristan says. “Professionalism, integrity and a strong culture—that’s what sets us apart.”
