Natalie Arrowsmith is Dedicated to Helping Families Achieve Homeownership

Owning a home is a major part of the American Dream.

Natalie Arrowsmith is determined to help people achieve that dream. During her 20 years in real estate, Natalie has made this happen again and again, but it never gets old.

“I love my profession, what it can do for families and how it can provide security,” says Natalie, who launched Arrowsmith Realty in 2010.

A fourth generation Apopkan, Natalie was just 20 when she bought her first house.

“My dad knew the importance of owning your own home and told me to buy,” says Natalie, who became inspired to help others find that same sense of satisfaction.

In the early 2000s, while living in North Carolina, Natalie had the opportunity to work in a real estate company and earned her broker’s license in 2005, a state license she holds to this day.

“It was absolutely the best decision I ever made,” she says.

Tough times provide powerful lessons and Natalie experienced this firsthand. She moved back to Florida in 2007 just before the recession struck.

Grateful to be back in her home state, Natalie immersed herself in the real estate industry with a mission of helping people become  homeowners. Having lost everything during the recession and then regained it, she fully understands the joy of having a cherished place to call home.

She was recently elected to serve on the board of directors of the REALTORS® Association of Lake and Sumter Counties (RALSC). She was president of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA), served as District 12 Vice President for Florida REALTORS®, and sat on the board of directors for the National Association of REALTORS®.  She’s currently the chair for the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC), which advocates for private property rights, home ownership and works with the legislature on issues important to homeowners.

“We’re not just selling houses, we’re out there trying to help our communities, and giving back,” says Natalie.

With a team of six agents, Arrowsmith Realty is a boutique brokerage committed to serving buyers and sellers across Central Florida.

“We believe every person has the right to own a home,” says Natalie. “We don’t change our approach on how we handle transactions depending on the price point. It’s more about the relationship than the transaction.”

With offices in Mount Dora and Apopka, Arrowsmith Realty handles properties at all price points—from residential to commercial to vacant land.
