New Businesses Bring Fresh Energy to Downtown Leesburg
A wave of new businesses is bringing some more excitement to downtown Leesburg, just in time for the spring and summer seasons, with several openings timed to coincide with Leesburg BikeFest.
Lemmy’s Gourmet Italian Ice & Sorbet is the newest addition to South 4th Street and will make its debut with a soft opening during BikeFest. Located at 117 S. 4th St., Lemmy’s will serve a variety of refreshing frozen treats, including its signature Lemon Italian Ice.
Nearby, new signage has gone up at the former site of Fire Rock Pizza and Ellen’s Cafe, next to Florida Porch Cafe, announcing the upcoming arrival of Oasis Cigar Lounge, Oasis Bar & Grill and Godspeed 22 Tattoo. The trio of businesses aims to create a multifaceted destination for food, drinks and lifestyle in one convenient downtown location.
In addition, Ellen’s Cafe has moved and is now located next to Michael’s Salon, just down the street.
Just down the street, Leesburg just got a little cozier with the opening of Spill the Beans Co., located at 406 Pine Street. This new café offers a warm, welcoming space to relax and recharge with friends while enjoying freshly brewed coffee, espressos, lattes, pastries, and even sweet treats like milkshakes and ice cream.
Guests can also unwind with a selection of wine and beer, making it a versatile spot for both early mornings and laid-back evenings.
