SATURDAY – BAND BIOS:

WAR HIPPIES: https://warhippies.com/

In 2022, we joined forces to forge a new musical path, brought together by our shared experience as combat veterans who also share a passion for writing and performing music. Our inaugural performance was nothing short of electric, and from that moment, we knew we were onto something special. Using the platform we’re given as artists, our mission is to propagate peace, love, and safeguard the freedoms of people around the world. @warhippiesmusic

THE WEATHERED SOULS: https://www.theweatheredsouls.com/

Formed in the small town of Greenville, Texas, The Weathered Souls are foraging the path of modern-day Rock and Roll, meshing the classic rock vibe with heavier, electric elements. Over many studio sessions, The Weathered Souls connected on their love of classic and pure rock bands such as AC/DC but have enjoyed bringing their youthful twist and energy into this perennial, and ‘weathered’ genre. Even though the band is new on the scene, they have secured high profile shows opening for Whiskey Myers, Read Southall Band and Goodbye June. The band is currently writing and recording their debut album that will continue pushing the boundary of their sound and demonstrate their focus on musical diversity that brings a distinct, rousing twist of Texas country and southern rock.

J ALAN SIX BANDhttps://jalansix.com/home

J Alan Six grew up in a small town in Indiana where he spent his early years helping out in the church and found his love for entertaining by singing southern gospel most Sunday mornings. Growing up in rural Indiana, he was no stranger to classic country, which heavily influenced his love of the genre, but he only sang for fun for the most part. Music, unfortunately, took a backseat as his life and career as a master jeweler began to blossom. At 18, he met his beautiful wife Melissa, and together after 29 years, they raised seven wonderful boys to whom they devoted their time and life. After moving to Florida several years ago, his love for music was rekindled after being invited to sing with a live band at the Orange Blossom Opry in Wiersdale, FL. Now that his children have grown, J Alan has begun chasing the dream of singing, which had never gone away. His music is heavily influenced by the great country stars of his youth, including the likes of George Jones, George Strait, Jamey Johnson, and Trace Adkins, to name a few. As his music demonstrates the impact these great artists have had on his interests, he’s often heard saying, “It’s time to bring the cowboy hat back to country music.” J Alan had the opportunity to record his first album in country music’s birthplace of Nashville, TN, with a collection of songs written by award-winning songwriters, including one of the founding members of Sawyer Brown, Bobby Randall. J Alan and his family now call Florida their home, but he never strayed too far from his Randolph County, Indiana roots as he moves forward on an ever-expanding repertoire in his search of an original country sound.

DALLAS TYLERhttps://www.dallastylerband.com/

Dallas Tyler was born and raised in the Northwest corner of Apopka, Florida, where the corn grows. Growing up, his parents introduced him to local bands on the weekends. When Dallas turned 15, he started singing here and there, booking shows, and traveling. “I’ve played at many local events, including Orange Blossom Opry, Plant City Strawberry Festival, Out-of-state shows, and many private events. My biggest inspirations are Patrick Gibson, Rob Nichols, and Brooks Vaughan of Hayfire Band, all local artists. I sing with the hope to inspire others with my music and to be a leader for others to follow.” @dallastyler&therocknDTB
