Starr Wellness Collective Launches Teen Summer Program at Starr.Fit in Eustis
Starr Wellness Collective is launching their first Teen Summer Program, which will take place at their fitness center, Starr.Fit, in Eustis throughout the summer. This program aims to empower local teens with comprehensive wellness education and practical life skills to lead healthier and more successful lives.
The Teen Summer Program, themed “Goal Setting, Building Strategy, and Execution,” integrates fitness, nutrition, and essential life skills to equip teens with tools applicable across various aspects of life. Participants will engage in fitness activities, nutrition workshops, and goal-setting exercises designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
“We are excited to launch Monday, June 3 our Teen Summer Program at Starr.Fit, providing teens the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation for a healthier future,” Marisol Starr, Founder and President of Starr Wellness Collective, says. “Our mission is to empower teens with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in all aspects of life.”
The program will end on Saturday, July 13 with a friendly fitness competition, offering participants a platform to showcase their progress and achievements. Sponsors and community partners will have the opportunity to support and interact with local youth throughout the program.
Starr Wellness Collective is looking for parents and sponsors to support this new program. For more information on sponsorship opportunities and enrollment, visit the Teen Summer Program landing page at https://starr.fit/summer-starrfit/.
