Tavares High School will be doing a half court shot competition during their upcoming game on Monday night against Taylor. The game is sure to be as finger licking good as the halftime show is scheduled to be! The exciting halftime show will ultimately either end in complete jubilation or failure. Either way it should be a really fun thing to do for all the kids and fans attending the game.

(Tavares High School Students showing their team spirit.)

Tavares High School says that there will be a random drawing of one student who will attempt the shot. If they hit the half-court shot they will win free KFC for an entire year. That equals 52 free meal coupons! Now I did a small bit of math and if you take an average of about $11 per meal on average then you are looking at close to $600 over the course of the year. That is just an average as well so there is a lot of cash on the line this evening.

KFC is also offering coupons for students who make KFC inspired posters and display them at the game. This is a neat thing that Tavares High School. Tavares is hoping that people will attend and is asking students to pack the gym on Monday night for the chance to win.

(Students can get KFC Coupons if they bring a KFC styled sign to the game tonight.)
