Tavares High’s Tyler Davis and Isaiah Ludwig Commit to Play College Football

TAVARES, Fla. — Tavares High School football standouts Tyler Davis and Isaiah Ludwig are taking their talents to the collegiate level, officially signing letters of intent to continue their athletic and academic careers.
Davis, a dynamic running back known for his explosive speed and relentless drive, will suit up for Concord University, an NCAA Division II programin West Virginia. Ludwig, a hard-hitting and versatile defensive back, is heading north to join the Carroll University, an NCAA Division III football program in Wisconsin.
The signings mark a proud milestone for the Bulldogs football program, which has seen both players develop into key leaders on and off the field. Davis’s ability to break tackles and find the end zone made him a cornerstone of the Tavares offense, while Ludwig’s coverage skills and physicality anchored the team’s secondary.
“These are two exceptional young men who’ve worked incredibly hard for this moment,” said Tavares head coach Gavin Jones. “They’ve set the standard for what it means to be a Bulldog — disciplined, dedicated, and determined.”
With their high school chapters coming to a close, Davis and Ludwig now prepare to represent Tavares on a national stage. We are very proud of these two for their commitment to play college football. Best of luck to them both.
