The Modiste Market is returning for its second year at the historic Lakeside Inn in downtown Mount Dora. This charming annual event will take place on Sunday, June 23, offering a delightful Regency-era experience for guests from 10 AM to 2 PM.
The Modiste Market is free to the public, inviting everyone to enjoy a day filled with exquisite indoor shopping and a variety of unique activities. With its Bridgerton-inspired theme, the market offers a unique shopping and cultural experience, highlighting local vendors and artisans.
Guests can expect a plethora of engaging activities and attractions, including:
- Indoor Shopping: Explore a selection of 45 vendors offering a variety of unique and high-quality items.
- Parasol Painting Workshop: Unleash your creativity in the garden with our parasol painting workshop.
- Photo Opportunities: Capture beautiful moments around the historic property.
- Themed Drinks and Brunch: Enjoy delightful themed drinks and a delicious brunch.
- Complimentary Dance Lessons: Learn new dance steps in the grand lobby with our complimentary dance lessons.
- Carriage Rides: Experience the charm of carriage rides around the picturesque grounds.

The first 500 guests to arrive will receive a free hand fan, adding a touch of elegance to their experience.
The Modiste Market will be held at Lakeside Inn, located at: 100 N. Alexander Street in Mount Dora, in partnership with Orange Blossom Market Co. Their collaboration aims to bring the community together for a day of fun, fashion, and festivities.
