This program is currently being offered at Florida universities as a part of the masters curriculum. very prestigious, but also very difficult to achieve. I do market analysis, pro formas and property valuations on commercial real estate. I especially enjoy industrial properties and working on the nuts and bolts of estates and trusts. I’ve bought it, built it and sold it. I also do residential, of course. And I love it all. It’s the thrill of the chase, really. You go at it. Put the pieces together. You close the deal. It’s what I do.”
