Vann Gannaway Chevrolet to Sponsor Construction of Brand-New Home for Habitat for Humanity
The partnership with Vann Gannaway Chevrolet makes it possible to provide local families access, opportunity, and guidance on attaining an affordable home.
“We are grateful to Vann Gannaway Chevrolet for supporting our mission to bring people together to build homes, communities, and hope, and in making affordable homeownership attainable for all,” a press release read.
The home will be built in the 55+ pocket neighborhood, The Cottages at Heritage Grove, a planned unit development consisting of 23 affordable housing units. The neighborhood will be designed with apartment sized homes consisting of 680-730sq ft., rear loading parking areas, and front porches overlooking the community green space.
The Cottages at Heritage Grove would not be possible without dedicated partnerships and the support from our community partner, Vann Gannaway Chevrolet. Together, we share a vision of a community where everyone has a decent place to live, now and in the future.
“We’re excited to highlight our commitment to our community through this partnership,” says Chip Gannaway, President of Vann Gannaway Chevrolet. “Our business is centered around family, and we know how important stable housing is for families in our area. We’re thrilled to have a hand in helping provide that kind of resource for a family in Lake County, and we hope our involvement encourages other individuals and businesses to take action and support housing solutions like this.”
