Wildwood Middle High School Awarded $1,000 For Athletics Program
WILDWOOD, Fla. — Wildwood Middle High School is celebrating a significant boost to its athletics program after being awarded a $1,000 grant. The grant, made possible through the efforts of Mrs. Patrick, will provide crucial support to the school.
“We are thrilled and thankful to T-Mobile for their commitment to leveling the playing field for our students,” said Brian Haugabrook, Wildwood’s Athletic Director. “This grant will not only enhance the opportunities available to our players but also create memorable experiences for our fans.”
The school extended its gratitude to everyone involved in securing this grant, particularly Mrs. Patrick for her dedication and hard work. The funding will be used to further develop the athletics program, ensuring that Wildwood’s student-athletes have the resources they need to succeed both on and off the field.
Wildwood Middle High has been working hard with it’s athletics programs. The girls basketball have been recent state champions and continue to fight for a state championship yearly. The teams new girls flag football program has been very successful as has the Track & Field program over the years. The football team is under first year head coach Lorenzo Fields.
We love to see good stories like these. Thank you to T-Mobile for helping out the Wildwood Middle High athletic programs. We are looking forward to a fantastic 2024 school year.
