For Roxanne Stafford and her daughter, Alexa, staying small has led to big results. In September 2021, the mother-daughter team celebrated the 30th anniversary of their Wildwood-based company, Window Reflections.

“We do a lot of volume, but we’ve always maintained the small-town, family mentality of offering superior customer service,” Alexa says. “There’s nothing more enjoyable than having a satisfied customer leave you a message bragging on what a wonderful job we did.”

Roxanne’s passion for creating beautiful customer window treatments burns stronger than ever.

“I’m just as excited to wake up and go to work than I was 30 years ago,” she says. “I’m not there as a salesperson; I’m there as a designer.”

Window Reflections custom make all drapes, valances, and cornices on-site, and is a Centurion Priority dealer for Hunter Douglas blinds, shades, and shutters.

“We want all customers to end up with treatments that not only fulfill their functional needs but are also beautiful,” Roxanne says.  “We want to bring happiness to their home.”
