J Brian Miles launched SouthLake.TV with a simple goal: shine a spotlight on the people, businesses and organizations making a difference in the community.

As owner of SouthLake.TV and WestOrange.TV, J Brian produces digital content highlighting local events, celebrating community achievements and helping residents stay connected to what’s happening across the region. He says his passion is sharing positive stories that often go uncovered while helping local businesses and nonprofits grow.

His work has earned recognition throughout South Lake County, including being named a South Lake Chamber of Commerce Gem of the Hills and receiving Best of South Lake honors. While he’s proud of those accomplishments, J Brian says his greatest success is found at home with his wife and son.

Beyond producing local news and features, J Brian serves on the boards of Clermont Main Street and the South Lake Chamber of Commerce, continuing his commitment to supporting the community he covers.

He credits much of his work ethic to his mother, who worked multiple jobs to provide for their family.

“My mom has been my greatest influence,” he says. “She worked multiple jobs to provide for us and instilled a work ethic in me that keeps me going to this day.”

That lesson continues to shape both his career and the advice he shares with others.
