For Lisa Rojas, owning a local business is as much about relationships as it is about printing, engraving and awards.

Through A Plus Printing and Victory Engraving & Awards, Lisa works with businesses, schools, nonprofits and individuals to create everything from custom printing and promotional products to awards that recognize milestones and achievements.

“What I love most about my career is working with people in my community,” Lisa says. “Whether I’m helping a business grow its brand, recognizing someone’s accomplishments or creating something meaningful for a special occasion.”

One of her proudest accomplishments was purchasing Victory Engraving & Awards and bringing it together with A Plus Printing. The expansion allowed Lisa to continue the legacy of a longtime local business while broadening the services available to customers.

Community involvement has remained an important part of her work. Through sponsorships, donations and services, Lisa supports local schools, sports teams, nonprofits, fundraisers and community organizations throughout the area.

She credits her husband and family with having the greatest influence on her success and leadership journey. Their support, work ethic and commitment inspired her to take chances, work hard and build businesses that make a positive difference.

Her advice to future professionals is to stay true to their values, build relationships and not be afraid of taking risks.

“Some of the greatest opportunities come from stepping outside your comfort zone,” Lisa says. “Success isn’t just measured by what you accomplish, but by how you treat people and the positive impact you leave.”
